Develop strategic plans, objectives, and KPIs for departmental projects in alignment with RTA's vision, policies, and regulations.

Evaluate current KPIs and objectives to identify performance gaps, propose improvements, and update the ADAA system in coordination with managers.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, promote, and assess development initiatives and organizational effectiveness.

Ensure feasibility of departmental and team plans, identifying and managing associated risks through the risk log.

Oversee the application of project and program management policies and methodologies, providing regular progress updates to the Director.

Monitor and report performance metrics for all department sections in a timely manner.

Benchmark projects against global best practices and support continuous improvement.

Prepare and deliver project progress reports to the Director.

Align departmental programs and initiatives with RTA’s strategic goals.

Design and manage security programs to safeguard RTA assets, data, and reputation, ensuring adherence to international standards.

Participate in annual strategic reviews, advising on security and monitoring systems to enhance future strategies.

Collaborate with leadership to plan and manage budgets, timelines, and strategic goals for projects and committees.

Develop communication plans to engage with external security bodies and implement effective information-sharing practices, including MOUs.

Serve as a subject matter expert, offering knowledge-sharing sessions for security and monitoring personnel.

Coordinate with key departments to fulfill Dubai Government Excellence Program requirements and support related submissions.

Lead quarterly risk management workshops and ensure system implementation.

Liaise with staff and accounts management to address recommendations and ensure resolution.

Draft comprehensive terms of reference for security and monitoring operations with attention to quality and precision.

Participate in the technical evaluation of proposals from RTA and consultants per established criteria.

Develop and deliver security awareness initiatives to promote understanding of policies, strategies, and emerging threats.

Support and manage various investigative functions, providing tools, guidelines, and conducting interviews as necessary.
