We are looking for an organized and results-driven Facility Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facility management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and equipment servicing

Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues

Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and work performed

Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects

Monitor facility expenses and maintain cost-efficiency

Support internal staff with facility-related requests and needs

Stay updated on best practices and regulations related to facilities management
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or a related role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors

Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset

Knowledge of facility safety regulations and best practices

Proficient in MS Office and facility management software

Technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) is a plus
