We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Success Representative (French & English) to provide outstanding support to our international clients. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless experience across our products and services.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for French and English-speaking customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist customers in understanding product offerings and resolving issues effectively.

Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve services.

Maintain a deep understanding of products, policies, and operational procedures.
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Preferred Candidate:

1–3 years of experience in customer support or customer success roles.
