We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Success Representative (French & English) to provide outstanding support to our international clients. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless experience across our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French and English-speaking customers.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist customers in understanding product offerings and resolving issues effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve services.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, policies, and operational procedures.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and customer support tools.

Preferred Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or customer success roles.

  • Strong command of French and English languages.
