Design and manage WASH interventions, including infrastructure projects (such as water supply systems and sanitation facilities), hygiene promotion campaigns, and emergency response activities.

Supervise field teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality program execution and staff development.

Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, proper resource allocation, and compliance with donor and organizational requirements.

Establish strong relationships with local authorities, NGOs, community leaders, and government agencies to foster collaboration and support for WASH initiatives.

Monitor progress through field visits, data collection, and reporting tools; use findings to adjust program strategies and improve outcomes.

Ensure all activities are aligned with humanitarian principles, gender sensitivity, and environmental sustainability.

Prepare regular narrative and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors and partners.

Represent the organization at WASH cluster meetings, coordination forums, and relevant regional platforms.
