Experience Morocco is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to join our team. As a Travel Advisor, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking tailored and authentic travel experiences throughout Morocco. You will use your expertise in Moroccan destinations, culture, and hospitality to design customized itineraries, manage bookings, and deliver exceptional service from inquiry to return.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with prospective travelers to understand their preferences, travel goals, and expectations.

Custom Itinerary Design: Craft personalized travel itineraries based on client interests, budgets, and timelines, incorporating accommodations, experiences, guides, and transport.

Booking Management: Coordinate all travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation, excursions, and dining experiences.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.

Destination Expertise: Stay up to date on Moroccan destinations, cultural experiences, new properties, and service providers to offer informed recommendations.

Collaboration: Work closely with local partners, tour guides, and the Experience Morocco operations team to ensure seamless execution of trips.

Problem Solving: Provide real-time support and solutions to clients facing travel disruptions or changes during their journey.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in travel planning, hospitality, or client services—ideally in luxury or experiential travel.

Languages: Fluency in English and French required; Arabic is a strong asset.
