Analyze production data to identify tool wear trends, usage patterns, and areas for cost reduction or performance enhancement.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for tool procurement, modification, and maintenance services.

Document technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines for all tooling assets.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and assembly line performance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality protocols in all tooling and equipment activities.

Train production staff on proper tool handling, maintenance practices, and equipment safety procedures.

Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste in tooling operations.
