The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TRS, safety compliance, crew management, and customer relations within the oil & gas sector. Responsibilities include overseeing service quality, managing field operations, ensuring adherence to HSE standards, and optimizing team performance. Strong leadership, excellent planning, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily TRS operations across multiple locations

Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are maintained

Manage, mentor, and train field personnel

Coordinate with clients to ensure job requirements are met

Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and performance

Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Requirements:
