Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Technical Program Delivery to lead the execution of complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. In this leadership role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional delivery teams to execute large-scale technology programs on time, within budget, and to scope.

Define delivery frameworks, best practices, and governance models to ensure consistency and quality across programs.

Partner with product owners, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to define program objectives and key results (OKRs).

Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making to keep programs moving forward.

Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide regular executive-level reporting.

Cultivate a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop project managers, delivery leads, and technical teams.

Drive innovation in delivery approaches by leveraging emerging tools, methodologies, and trends (e.g., Agile at scale, DevOps, cloud transformation).
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of experience in technical delivery or program management, including at least 5 in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs across global teams.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile Coach, or SAFe Program Consultant.
