Act as a trusted advisor to management on issues related to staff wellbeing, workplace dynamics, and conflict resolution.

Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of counselling sessions in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Facilitate timely referrals to specialized external mental health services when cases require advanced psychological or psychiatric intervention.

Support the design and delivery of training sessions on stress management, emotional intelligence, and other wellness topics relevant to staff.

Work closely with Human Resources and leadership teams to identify systemic issues affecting staff morale and recommend practical solutions.

Monitor and analyze wellbeing trends within the workforce to provide actionable insights that guide organizational support strategies.

Foster a culture of openness, empathy, and psychological safety across the Sana’a country office, promoting a healthy and productive workplace.
