Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this vital role, you will assist in streamlining sales operations, coordinating between departments, managing client communications, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Your organizational skills and customer-focused mindset will play a key role in driving business success and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to close.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.

2. Customer Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and services.

3. Order Management: Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

4. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and assist with data analysis to support strategic decisions.

5. Communication: Liaise between the sales team, internal departments, and external clients to ensure alignment and follow-through.

6. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for sales executives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service is highly desirable.
