We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain offset printing machines efficiently

Adjust settings for optimal print quality and output

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

Inspect printed sheets for quality, making adjustments as needed

Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety protocols

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets
Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience as an Offset Printing Machine Operator

Strong technical knowledge of offset printing equipment and methods

Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications

Attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work in a production environment and adhere to shift schedules

Technical certifications in Printing or related fields are a plus
Preferred Candidate:

Experience with multi-color offset printing presses
