Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling:
Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints to ensure timely order fulfillment. -
Material Planning:
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components required for uninterrupted production. -
Capacity Management:
Monitor and plan manufacturing capacity to balance workload across machines and production lines, minimizing downtime and bottlenecks. -
Workflow Coordination:
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to synchronize workflows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet production targets. -
Inventory Control:
Maintain optimal inventory levels by aligning production output with demand, reducing excess stock and minimizing stockouts. -
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze production data and generate reports on output, efficiency, and deviations to support continuous improvement initiatives. -
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in planning and scheduling to increase efficiency and reduce lead times. -
System Management:
Utilize ERP or MRP systems to manage production plans and ensure accurate tracking of production status and material requirements. -
Cross-functional Communication:

Compliance & Safety:
