Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Enumerator based in Duhok, Iraq, to support data collection for surveys and research studies. As an Enumerator, you will play a vital role in gathering accurate information from individuals and communities through structured interviews and digital tools. This position is ideal for individuals who are community-focused, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct household or individual interviews using structured questionnaires, either digitally or on paper.

Accurately record responses and ensure data quality and integrity during collection.

Follow specific instructions and sampling procedures provided by the supervisor or research team.

Maintain respectful and professional behavior when interacting with respondents and communities.

Submit daily progress reports and attend regular team briefings or debriefings.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of all collected data.

Report any field challenges, safety concerns, or inconsistencies to the field supervisor promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma required; university degree in social sciences, statistics, or related fields is a plus.

Previous experience in survey implementation, field data collection, or humanitarian assessments is preferred.

Familiarity with the local context and ability to communicate in Kurdish, Arabic, and basic English.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of using smartphones, tablets, or other data collection tools.

Ability to work independently, travel to field locations, and adapt to changing field conditions.
