As Director of Food & Beverage, you will be the visionary behind the hotel’s culinary and beverage landscape. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of outlets, from a signature fine-dining restaurant and rooftop lounge to a vibrant all-day dining space and world-class banqueting operation.
You will lead a multicultural team of professionals to ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences, innovate menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, and drive performance across the division with a sharp focus on quality, profitability, and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the F&B operation across multiple outlets and event spaces.
- Strategically enhance guest satisfaction through product innovation, service personalization, and consistent quality.
- Create and manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and optimize costs in line with business goals.
- Cultivate a high-performance team culture through mentorship, talent development, and service leadership.
- Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies that position the property as a top culinary destination.
- Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in accordance with international standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests, media, and partners to showcase the property’s F&B excellence.
