We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation to lead AI strategy, research, and implementation across the organization. This role will drive the ideation, design, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions that propel the company forward, ensuring a competitive edge in an increasingly digital and data-driven market.
Responsibilities:

Lead AI strategy, research, and implementation for company products, services, and internal platforms.

Identify new opportunities for AI and machine learning to optimize operational efficiency and create business value.

Build, mentor, and manage a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.

Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI tools, platforms, and algorithms.

Maintain strong collaboration across departments (business, engineering, operations) for seamless AI project integration.

Stay current with advances in AI, ML, NLP, and deep learning, aligning new innovations with business objectives.

Develop AI governance, ethics, and compliance policies for responsible AI usage.
