We are seeking an experienced Customer Quality Engineer (CDD) to support and oversee quality engineering activities for customer accounts. The role will focus on ensuring product and process quality, resolving customer complaints, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.

Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive measures for customer-reported issues.

Maintain regular communication with customers, providing status updates and resolving quality-related concerns.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications across production and engineering.

Participate in internal audits, review quality documents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and review inspection and testing procedures for products and processes.

Maintain detailed quality records and data related to customer requirements and complaints.

Support new product introductions, providing quality engineering input and review.
Skills:

Strong understanding of quality engineering, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Candidate:

3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related fields.

Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.

Strong knowledge of statistical tools and methods for quality improvement.

Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and project management abilities.
