We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cloud Lead Engineer specializing in Crossplane and ArgoCD to design, implement, and manage modern cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, and IaC, with proven experience leading teams and architecting resilient, automated cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of infrastructure on Kubernetes using Crossplane for provisioning and ArgoCD for continuous deployments.

Develop, maintain, and review Infrastructure‑as‑Code templates and pipelines.

Build and operate highly available, secure, and cost‑optimized cloud platforms.

Mentor and guide engineering teams, sharing best practices and providing hands‑on support.

Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud services, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
