We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager for AML/CFT Governance & Customer Due Diligence to join our growing compliance team. In this role, you will oversee and implement policies, procedures, and controls related to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AML/CFT policies and frameworks.

Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring.

Perform risk assessments and review high‑risk customer profiles and transactions.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal audits and external regulators.

Support the review and updating of AML/CFT governance policies, procedures, and controls.

Train staff on AML/CFT compliance requirements and best practices.

Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and external audits related to AML/CFT and CDD.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC, and customer due diligence requirements.
