Job Summary:
Drive business growth and customer satisfaction by leading workshop sales and after-sales service operations across the Delhi region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives, elevate service quality, and enhance operational effectiveness, in alignment with corporate goals.

  • Operational Oversight:
    Manage the daily operations of multiple workshop locations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.

  • Team Management:
    Lead, coach, and inspire sales and service teams to achieve performance excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and evaluate workshop performance using KPIs and regular audits; identify gaps and drive corrective measures for sustained improvement.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement:
    Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to improve service quality and encourage repeat business.

  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with departments such as supply chain, marketing, and technical support to streamline operations and ensure timely service fulfillment.

  • Market Intelligence:
    Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to uncover new business opportunities and refine service offerings.

  • Financial Management:
    Oversee budgeting and cost control, ensuring efficient resource utilization and profitability across all locations.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all workshops operate in accordance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
