Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate workshop performance using KPIs and regular audits; identify gaps and drive corrective measures for sustained improvement. -
Customer & Partner Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to improve service quality and encourage repeat business. -
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with departments such as supply chain, marketing, and technical support to streamline operations and ensure timely service fulfillment. -
Market Intelligence:

Financial Management:
