We are seeking an organized and passionate Recruitment Coordinator to manage the candidate experience and oversee interview scheduling. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal HR teams to ensure seamless hiring processes and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.

  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Draft and send confirmation emails and related correspondence.

  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting preliminary candidate phone screens.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate status and feedback.

  • Support in extending job offers and coordinating pre-boarding activities.

  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platforms.

  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience principles.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing a seamless candidate experience.

Preferred Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Coordination.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience using ATS and scheduling platforms.

  • Strong collaboration and team-working abilities.

  • Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.
