  • Protect adjacent surfaces, furniture, and flooring by using masking tape, drop cloths, and other protective materials during painting tasks.

  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.

  • Follow safety protocols to handle paints, solvents, and tools properly, minimizing risks to self and others.

  • Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working order, performing routine cleaning and storage.

  • Collaborate with contractors, clients, or supervisors to understand project specifications, timelines, and preferences.

  • Estimate material quantities, prepare cost estimates, and assist in ordering supplies to support project budgets.

  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

  • Stay updated on new painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices to enhance skill sets.

  • Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance related to painting materials and processes.
