We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mobile Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in mobile phone hardware and software repairs, with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile devices

Perform hardware and software repairs, including screen and battery replacements, motherboard repairs, and OS installations

Test and quality-check devices after repairs are completed

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service status

Stay up to date with mobile technology and trends

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Communicate with customers about repairs and service status

Assist in inventory and parts management as needed
Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in mobile phone repairs

Strong knowledge of mobile hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to work with precision tools and diagnostic equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Willingness to stay updated on new mobile technologies and repair methods

Technical certifications in mobile or electronics repair are a plus
Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in authorized mobile service centers

Strong understanding of both iOS and Android platforms
