  • Oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures covering recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, payroll processing, and employee welfare initiatives to support a motivated and productive workforce.

  • Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures in a fair and legally compliant manner.

  • Design and oversee employee engagement, retention, and development programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

  • Supervise administrative operations, including office management, facility maintenance, procurement, and support services.

  • Ensure that administrative systems and procedures are efficient, cost-effective, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate legal, compliance, and governmental reporting activities related to HR and administrative functions.

  • Manage HR records, personnel files, and confidential information with strict attention to data protection and confidentiality standards.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding HR analytics, workforce trends, and administrative performance.

  • Lead and mentor HR and admin staff, encouraging continuous skill development and high performance.
