We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HRIS Functional Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing, optimizing, and supporting our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless HR data management and integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and configure HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to assess, implement, and optimize HRIS functionalities.

Provide functional support and training to HR staff and stakeholders.

Maintain data accuracy and manage routine HRIS reporting and analytics.

Serve as the liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT departments for system enhancements.

Participate in testing, deployment, and support of HRIS changes and upgrades.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS platforms.
