Overview of the Job
In addition to overseeing daily field operations and making sure safety and quality standards are followed, the Field Supervisor is in charge of managing teams and reporting to upper management. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform well under pressure are requirements for this position.
Key duties include:
• Oversee and direct field teams in daily operations;
• Ensure that safety, quality, and operational standards are followed;
• Keep lines of communication open with project managers and stakeholders;
• Report project progress and successfully handle field challenges; and
• Mentor and train new hires on site-specific protocols.

strong organizational and leadership qualities;
prior field operations or team supervision experience;
