We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Pakistan, focusing on TIJ/DOD Printing Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with industrial printing equipment and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on‑site and remote technical support for TIJ/DOD printing equipment and accessories.

Install, configure, and maintain printing hardware and software.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues related to electronics, mechanics, and software.

Train customers and staff on equipment usage and best practices.

Maintain detailed service records and support documentation.

Assist in new equipment installations, upgrades, and testing.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) and Drop‑on‑Demand (DOD) printing technologies.
