We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate and implement employee engagement and wellness programs
Assist in organizing training, development sessions, and performance review cycles
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support internal communication efforts to foster transparency and inclusion
Help ensure HR policies are applied consistently and fairly across departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or culture development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
