We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement and wellness programs

  • Assist in organizing training, development sessions, and performance review cycles

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Support internal communication efforts to foster transparency and inclusion

  • Help ensure HR policies are applied consistently and fairly across departments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or culture development

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
