We are seeking a friendly and professional Skin Studio Host/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our skincare studio. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet and assist clients, schedule appointments, and support our team of estheticians to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for skincare, and a positive attitude that helps create a relaxing atmosphere for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients warmly and check them in for appointments.

Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations using scheduling software.

Answer phone calls and respond to client questions regarding services and products.

Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception area.

Promote skincare products and studio services to clients.

Qualifications:
