Mind Clinic is seeking a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to efficiently manage patient appointments and communication. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth scheduling operations and excellent patient support.
Key Responsibilities:

Send daily appointment confirmation messages to patients

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and professionally represent Mind Clinic

Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and patient inquiries

Regularly review WhatsApp messages and the waiting list

Prioritize and review next day’s schedule to optimize patient flow

Reschedule appointments when doctors are unavailable

Assist doctors in managing their appointment schedules

Send daily cancellation forms and updates

Follow up with patients one week before their scheduled appointments
Skills & Qualifications:

0-2 years experience in patient scheduling or call center environment

Proficient in online booking portals and tele-health systems

Strong data-driven and detail-oriented mindset
-
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
