Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues, provide technical support, and uphold product consistency.

Participate in internal audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and product quality.

Ensure adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP), safety protocols, and environmental standards within the QA/QC lab environment.

Review and verify quality documentation such as SOPs, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), batch records, and testing protocols.

Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, quality standards (such as ISO, GMP), and industry regulations relevant to laboratory operations.
