Collaborate with program teams to ensure data collection tools and methodologies align with project objectives and indicators.

Conduct data quality assessments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs.

Support the development of logical frameworks, M&E plans, and performance measurement tools for new and ongoing projects.

Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and donors to provide timely and transparent updates on program progress.

Identify trends, challenges, and success stories through evaluation findings and integrate learning into program improvements.

Train project staff and partners on M&E tools, reporting formats, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and donor guidelines in all reporting and evaluation activities.

Assist in designing and conducting baseline, midline, and endline assessments to evaluate project effectiveness and outcomes.

Contribute to the overall learning agenda by documenting lessons learned, innovations, and success factors.
