Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize helium gas flow and pressure regulation.

Collaborate with engineering, safety, and quality teams to implement process improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate calibration of gas flow and pressure equipment.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and team productivity for management review.

Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet operational targets effectively.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding equipment maintenance, parts procurement, and technical support.

Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to helium gas systems.
