We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Head Baker to oversee our bakery production. The role involves measuring and combining ingredients, operating mixers, blenders, ovens, and other equipment to produce high-quality baked goods such as bread, cakes, and cookies. You will ensure adherence to food safety standards and conduct quality checks on finished products. In addition, you will develop new recipes and improve existing ones while managing inventory and supervising daily production activities.
