We are seeking a Gestionnaire BO / Filière Monétique to oversee and manage back office operations related to the card and electronic payments sector. The role involves ensuring smooth daily transaction processing, resolving anomalies, and providing operational support for card and merchant services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily processing of transactions related to cards, ATM, and POS payments.

  • Monitor and resolve anomalies in transaction flows.

  • Reconcile and validate card and merchant transactions.

  • Maintain operational records and manage chargeback requests.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for transaction-related queries.

  • Participate in the improvement of internal procedures related to monétique operations.

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Perform daily reporting and dashboards related to card and merchant activity.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of card payments, ATM, and POS transaction flows.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and banking software platforms.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on cards and payments.

  • Strong knowledge of the monétique sector and transaction processing.

  • Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
