We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic General Manager to lead the Property Management division for one of our prestigious clients in Ajman, generating multi-million Dirhams in annual revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily property operations ensuring smooth processes and adherence to company standards.

Oversee tenant payment tracking, follow up on arrears, and enforce efficient rent collection methods.

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues to maintain high tenant satisfaction.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and reduce vacancies.

Ensure full compliance with local property laws, lease terms, and regulations.

Prepare financial reports, budget analyses, and manage property expenses effectively.

Lead and mentor the property management team, promoting a positive and productive workplace.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance.

Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and tenant experience.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

2-5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a similar position.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting tools.
