Lead the functional design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FnO) modules in alignment with business needs.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across financial and operational domains.

Configure D365 FnO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Inventory based on client specifications.

Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design integrated solutions and ensure successful data migration, system customization, and testing.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop functional solution design documents for new and existing implementations.

Provide guidance and best practices on using D365 FnO capabilities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live preparation, and post-implementation activities.

Deliver end-user training and prepare comprehensive documentation to support adoption and system utilization.

Stay current with product updates, releases, and Microsoft roadmap to ensure clients leverage the latest features and improvements.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the delivery team.
