We are seeking a seasoned Contracts and Claims Manager to support our EPC Power Business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, claim analysis, risk mitigation, and ensuring legal and commercial protection for major power infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate EPC contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements

Manage claims and variations, including documentation, negotiation, and resolution

Interface with legal counsel, project managers, and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies

Support dispute resolution and arbitration processes if required

Monitor contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements:

Proven experience in handling FIDIC/EPC contracts in the power or energy sector

Strong knowledge of contractual law, claims, and dispute resolution

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Familiarity with international EPC environments and standards
