We are looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team in Oran. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining best practices and regulations related to environmental protection, occupational health, and safety across the site. You will work closely with teams across departments to foster a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and practices in line with international standards and Algerian regulations.

Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and investigations to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.

Organize and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.

Maintain EHS records, data, and reports required for internal review and external audits.

Support the site in achieving EHS certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Monitor site waste generation, emissions, and environmental impacts, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Lead accident and incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend preventive measures.

Maintain relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders for EHS compliance and reporting.
