The Site Construction Manager will oversee and manage all construction activities at the project site in Al Henakiyah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The position welcomes both expatriate professionals and Saudi nationals in alignment with Saudization policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities on-site to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to construction activities.

Facilitate communication between site teams and senior management.

Support Saudization initiatives by promoting local workforce development.

Ensure adherence to budget and timeline targets.

Address and resolve any site-related challenges promptly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements is a plus.
