Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and risk management frameworks specific to the country operations

Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and internal policies

Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the organization in compliance matters

Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and risk management best practices

Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions

Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably in regulated industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent are an advantage
