We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Oran. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that every plate that leaves your station meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for your assigned section, following the hotel’s standards.

  • Managing and guiding commis chefs and kitchen staff within your section.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

  • Managing and controlling portion sizes, waste, and daily inventory.

  • Helping with menu planning, suggesting new ideas and specials.

  • Ensuring that food preparation and storage adhere to the highest hygiene and safety standards.

  • Helping other sections of the kitchen when required and working as part of a collaborative team.
