As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that every plate that leaves your station meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Responsibilities include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for your assigned section, following the hotel’s standards.

Managing and guiding commis chefs and kitchen staff within your section.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Managing and controlling portion sizes, waste, and daily inventory.

Helping with menu planning, suggesting new ideas and specials.

Ensuring that food preparation and storage adhere to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
