The Business Analyst (Saudi National) will serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.

Identify business process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Support project teams during implementation and testing phases to ensure alignment with requirements.

Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to assist decision-making.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of business analysis methodologies and tools.

Support Saudization initiatives by actively engaging in local talent development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience in business analysis or related roles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of local business environment and regulations.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
