We are seeking an energetic and organized Activity Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging activities and programs tailored to our guests’ or residents’ interests. Whether in a hospitality, leisure, senior living, or resort environment, the Activity Manager plays a critical role in enhancing overall satisfaction and well-being by creating memorable, enjoyable, and enriching experiences.
You’ll be responsible for designing diverse activity schedules, managing staff or volunteers, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all events run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal activity calendars based on audience interests, cultural relevance, and available resources.

Event Execution: Organize and oversee activities including group events, workshops, fitness sessions, excursions, and themed celebrations.

Team Coordination: Lead and supervise activity staff, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and quality delivery.

Guest/Resident Engagement: Foster participation and gather feedback to continually adapt and improve the activity offering.

Budget Management: Monitor activity budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and risk management standards.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain attendance records, prepare reports, and contribute to evaluations of program effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, Recreation, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in activity coordination, recreation programming, or events management.
